Superfoods: Turkey
A little bit of History:
Native to North America and Mexico, Christopher Colombus introduced turkeys to Europe. The bird is closely tied to cultural feasts such as Christmas and Thanksgiving, and was even part of the first meal on the Moon!
Benefits:
As well as being an excellent source of protein, turkey contains traces of selenium, which aids in the production of antioxidants and is key to thyroid metabolism and the immune system. It is also high in the anti-cancer nutrient niacin and zinc, which is good for strengthening the skin and again the immune system.

Beauty Routine: Beach Routine Pt2 (Post Beach)
Following the beach routine part 1 (pre beach) here, I also have a routine I follow after a visit to the beach.
The sun and the heat usually leave me dehydrated and tired even though I try to drink plenty of water, and my skin and hair would need a pick me up after being in heat and salty water / chlorine. These steps help in getting myself back to normal after a day trip to the beach.

Beauty Routine: Beach Routine Pt1 (Pre Beach)
Ok, so going to the beach is nice and relaxing most of the time, but with temperature of 33 degrees celcius in the shade ( apprx 92 degrees fahrenheit) most days of summer if not higher, I tend to follow a few steps everytime I go the beach to be protected as much as possible.

Superfoods: Aubergine
A little bit of History:
The aubergine was introduced to Europe from China and Africa; they were used as a decorative addition to gardens for centuries because of their beautiful, deep purple colouring. They have a mild flavour that complements stronger, more pungent vegetables.
Benefits:
Aubergine skin contains nasunin, which protects brain cells from free radicals and also helps to reduce cholesterol and improve blood flow. The aubergine plant also contains chlorogenic acid, which is powerful fighter of free radicals in the body.

The blood type diet
I've heard about the blood type diet ages ago and I started reading the book "Eat Right 4 your type" by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo, but then got bored and stopped reading it after a couple of chapters, mostly because I didn't know what my blood type was.
I've recently came to know what my blood type is and remembered about this book. I researched it a bit and discovered that they've since issued other books and a recipe collection. I am interested in reading it and maybe try it out, but I am not sure if it would be effective.
My main concept for doing this is to live a healthy life as possible and due to the fact that I suffer from eczema maybe avoiding certain food whilst increasing other food intake may help my condition rather than doing it to loose weight.
Did anyone hear or try out this eating lifestyle? What are your thoughts on such "diets"?
